Strainers
Strainers are used to prevent pipeline debris such as rust, scale, jointing compound and weld metal in pipelines, protecting equipment and processes. Basket type strainers can only be installed in horizontal pipelines. For larger heavier basket strainers the base of the strainer needs to be supported.
